Senior Students are eligible based on their participation in our AHS Basketball Program. 

 

  1. Applicant must apply.
  2. Applicant must be a member of the Basketball Program a minimum of (2) years.
  3. Applicant Parent(s) must be a member of the Booster Club a minimum of (2) years.
  4. Applicant must volunteer at least (10) hours of service supporting the Booster Club Basketball program.
  5. Applicant Parent(s) must volunteer at (2) tournaments per membership year, one being the Allen Awesome.
  6. Applicant must have a GPA of: (2.75) = (75 or higher).
  7. Applicant must submit two letters of recommendation: (1) from your community and (1) from AHS Faculty.
  8. Applicant must write a 150 word (or more) essay of what basketball has meant to them.

The current minimum scholarship fund is $4,000 which is divided equally among all the qualifying

    seniors, up to a maximum of $500 per senior.
