Promote:  Review Rules and Regulations/ Restrictions

Donations:  Need paperwork for “team donations”

Warm-ups:  Can not wear school issued clothes

                    Can only be worn on game day

 

  1. Program Needs and Suggestions – Coaches

 

      Girls:  Technology needs (video equipment)

                 Storage:  locking units

       Boys:  television/ brackets

       Inventory:  Possession Arrow

       RTT – service hours taping games and then transferring to DVD’s

 

       Publicity:  Newspaper, Allen TV station

 

                        Coaches:  Band (give perk for playing at games (shirt, chili’s card, etc)

                                         Promote games to the students

                                         Honor other Varsity Players                                    

                         Activity at every half-time:  students with best idea for half time

                                         Will receive a certificate

                        Celebrity Night

Tip Off:  cook out and tip off on same night.  Nov. 3rd
